Job Description

We look for a senior professional with excellent English writing skills to create content, text messages and be responsible to define and execute internal and external communication plans, activities and campaigns for Alliances & Channels organizations across EMEA leveraging various channels such as email and social media.

Internal audiences are mainly field sales and partner account managers ; external audiences are the various partner segments and personas we engage with.

We support A&C stakeholders’ plans driving partner businesses development across EMEA. The mission, therefore, includes the development of narratives and scripts for EMEA A&C leaders and helps employees progress in being more autonomous and efficient when communicating. Plans are discussed with A&C stakeholders to propose a mix of activities and tactics aligning with their strategic objectives on a measured contribution to these; activities cover newsletters, all-hands events … and other conversational formats to foster partner engagement with Oracle and A&C teams

This role involves cross-team collaboration and influence, excellent communication skills, a passion for driving first-class customer (employee, stakeholder, partner) experience as well as working with teams in a dotted line leadership structure. 

The satisfaction of stakeholders, the improved experience of partners and the efficiency of communications deliver the key metrics to evaluate the achievement of our objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution

  • Work within the EMEA A&C organizations to plan and manage the execution of internal and external communication campaigns, using the available channels and touchpoints according to targeted audiences. It includes slack, email and events for internal needs, email, communities, social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), champions employee advocacy platform to reach out to external, partner audiences
  • Set up a framework of indicators to measure the contribution of communications to A&C stakeholder’s objectives
  • Define the relevant processes, editorial board, rules of engagement and service level agreements to deliver the plans
  • Coordinate with other team members, organizations and even agencies to deliver the agreed plans.

Optimisation

  • Share propositions to challenge current ways and implement changes

  • Develop and deliver campaign briefings and provide the necessary information and support to the relevant stakeholders to ensure each campaign is a success
  • Work closely with A&C Sales teams and Partner facing organizations _OPN corp., Partner Marketing, PR_ to plan activity, report on campaign performance and obtain feedback
  • Communicate on our activities and outcomes to raise attention of stakeholders, show our alignment to their strategy, promote the added business value we create, be identified as a business contributor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English copywriting skills
  • Very good understanding of the channel ecosystem
  • Experienced in building and executing internal & external communication plans
  • Strong project management skills to succeed in complex organizations, across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Result-oriented person capable of creating KPIs to measure the business value of communication and improve efficiency over time
  • Good understanding of engagement on social media and communities
  • Appetite for educating others, creating best practices and transferring knowledge to autonomize employees in better communication
  • Communication proficiency to report and promote the business value created by communications activities

Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

Responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
