Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the drafting, transfer and management of the company's sales contract

2. Responsible for communication with the Swiss headquarters to understand the implementation of contracts and plans

3. The basic information management of downstream customers, responsible for communication,collection and statistics of sales receipts and accounts receivable

4. Management of foreign shipments statistics, coordination of the Swiss headquarters and downstream customers

5. The relevant management should pin proprietary business, replacement contract drafting,ledger management and payment invoice etc

6. In the first instance of the international settlement (L / C), and for the change of opinion to the Swiss headquarters

7. With the branch manager to complete the important business negotiations and make the translation work

8. With the full sales manager and business personnel to complete the annual sales

9. SAP tasks


10. Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

1. Education and Qualifications: University educated

2. Experience: Preferred relevant experience for 2-5 years

3. Skills: English and Mandarin fluent
