About the job：
Provide expert knowledge and advice to HR manager and organization within HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and to contribute to IKEA as the leading home furnishings company in the local market. Be a contributing resource as trainer/facilitator/expert within the leadership & competence development processes as well as other HR processes.

About the assignment:

• Develop, update, implement and assess standards, guidelines and policies within own area of expertise Translate strategic goals to detailed action plans and implement.
• Expert advisory and training specialist within own area of expertise.
• Perform internal and external benchmark within own area of expertise.
