Responsible to manage and maintain the sales functions to reach and achieve Parts sales for the Chinese and related Export Markets. Improve sales force productivity of parts China across Agricultural
Implement and monitor Dealer KPI’s and reach to achieve consistency across all products and brands
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position
Responsibilities include:
Directly developing and Managing a professional Parts Sales team across AG in China and related export markets.
Serving domestic market and implementing processes, best practices and business planning to the domestic Dealer network;
Directly developing and Managing all Parts Sales and Administration activities such as: validation of all Parts Sales targets; developing Dealer Sales KPI’s and targets, implementing policies and standards; implementing best practice sales tools, implementation of Quarterly Sales and Marketing tools to end Customers and Dealers. Management and implantation of Dealer Sales promotions and special pricing offers within the prescribed DOA
.
Develop and implement Sales procedures push and work with Dealers to achieve quarterly Sales targets, control tools, systems and processes. Ensure planning and structure is implemented into the Sales process across the three operational brands and Dealers.
Ensure Sales processes and tools are implemented across two brands and Dealer groups.
Parts Sales
? To build a professional Sales team across all of China by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling the sales team across AG&CE products.
? To determine Customer and Dealer requirements by maintaining contact with customers and internal operational environment, conducting surveys, analyzing information and application
? Coordinate and collate Sales market information across two brands and establish consistent processes and reporting on a weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
? Ensure Dealers are implementing Sales and Marketing activity to ensure end users are responding to campaigns and sales operation tools and KPI’s are followed
? Build relationship across the organization with management of Customer Support, Operation, Marketing, ITC, Finance, Legal.
? Share processes and best practices across the region
Job Requirements:
Describe the basic requirements of the position
Include: previous functional experience, international management experience, key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, finance, international, start-ups), decision making and problem solving, Team building and Coaching expertise, Customer orientation and commitment to quality/process improvement, strong analytical skills.
Higher education in Marketing, Operations or Business Management.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a Sales role related to heavy equipment parts, Heavy vehicles or Commercial services business.
Excellent International Business relationship skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft outlook and office)
Must be a self starter and able to work independently and on own initiative.
Must be highly motivated and results oriented to achieve established objectives.
Must be internationally minded with a certain degree of flexibility and cultural sensitivity.
