• Communicate with clients independently about their needs and project progress
• Execute research projects independently
• Write reports independently or with subordinates
• Guide team members in project management and report
• Lead presentation and discussing results with clients

• College degree or above, major in marketing, business management, sociology, journalism, psychology, advertising, e-commerce, computer information system is preferred
• Above 3 years of work experience in quantitative market research
• Good English speaking & writing skills
• Good data analysis, multi-task ability
• Innovative, able to take challenges, and take ownership
• Understand and has strong interest in Internet media and Internet industry as well as enthusiasm for research
• Good computer application skill, understanding of basic database applications and familiar with statistic software preferred.
