Responsible for sales management and maximization;
Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution;
Work out business growth plans based on solid data support and market analysis;
Develop and implement partnership with dealers to support them achieve sales goal
Keep through in good delivery, inventory management, AR management, pricing etc.;
Develop and manage appropriate trading promotion plans to ensure to delivery sales performance;
Lead and guide sale team to reach sales targets;
Apply knowledge of LIXIL product and competitive offering, help customer select proper product portfolio
Help customer recognize the value of LIXIL Strategy, product, policy etc to his own business, and choose LIXIL as long-term business partner.
Develop and expand retail channel, consolidate dealers/customers information, visit and develop existing/new dealers/customers based on plan
Assist new store opening, decoration, store execution, promoter training, promotion implementation, and other sales management
University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;A minimum of 3 years sales experience in FMCG or Durable goods industry
Proven record in developing and managing accounts
Market expansion, dealer development and management experience, retail sales/MT/Home-deco channel experience preferred
Willing to travel
Self-motivated and ability to work under stress
Good product knowledge;
