Job Scope:
w Support the implementation of the China Staffing Strategy
w Understanding external talent market trends and take actions to build Company’s employer brand and resourcing strength in the market
w Supporting the improvement of the resourcing infrastructure & focus on continuous improvement actions to support improved efficiency in the way we operate it
Job Responsibilities:
w Interface with HR Biz partners and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs – act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers & business facing HR across internal client groups
w Sourcing through different channels including internet/social media to meet the recruitment needs and to build external talent pool for more efficient staffing process
w Manage and participate in the selection process to include assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing, recommending finalists, offer management, reference checking and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and performance criteria.
w Review and improve the existing resourcing channels (internal & external) and explore/utilize new channels
w Responsible for the selection and use of agencies as part of an overall staffing plan
w Understand the trend of external talent market and build Company resourcing strength in the market
w Achieve recruitment performance metrics on all openings in the areas as required, eg: lead-time, recruiting cost, vendor management, successful hiring rate etc.
w Maintain and update resourcing record & resourcing system on a timely basis and ensure data accuracy
w Work closely with Central HR Team & Business HR Team and maintain good partnership relationship
Essential Education:
w Bachelor degree or above; Prefer major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, & Management. Essential experience and job requirements:
w At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment/staffing in multi-national companies or the executive agencies. Healthcare, Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industries working background is preferred. w Good understand on local talent market & trend w Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure w Strong communication and influencing skills w Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented w Proficiency in English w Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share
