Responsability

Incoming inspection

• Perform inspection based on incoming inspection plan according to the whole delivery plan.

• Make incoming inspection record according to Ozonia Drawings, Specifications, and Chinese or International Standards.

• Review and collect the quality certificates from Suppliers.

• Support the third party test if it is needed.

• Support QE to generate SOP of Incoming Inspection.

• Generate NCR(Non-Conformity Report) for QE in order to drive supplier CA when Quality Problems are found.

• Operate SAP skilfully for regular check, transfer accounts…etc

• Support QE for any quality system works.

Production support

• Support production for doing mechanical and electrical assembly jobs
  

• High school or above, major in machinery, metal material，Electrics or the similar.

• At least 2 years quality management experience in manufacturing Enterprise.

• Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Drawing.

• Experience with SAP system.

• Can use English as a working language.

• Have a good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001.
• Good Knowledge of lean Production.
• High Voltage electrician Qualification Certificate is preferred.
• Honesty, dedication, initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
• Be good at finding and solving problems.
• Excellent communicating skill and Teamwork spirit.

进货检验

• 根据进货检验计划及相应文件（包括图纸，规范，国内/国际标准等）完成检验工作，检查过程中认真核对物料编码、名称，填写检验记录，并提交质量工程师。

• 汇总，审查并存档各类质检记录及相关资料，如供应商的质量证书等。

• 需要时对第三方测试进行支持性工作。

• 支持质量工程师编写进料检验的操作指导书。

• 质检中发现问题应及时记录于不合格品报告内，并通知质量工程师。

• 熟练操作SAP等系统进行日常查询及转账等。

• 协助质量工程师完成其他质量管理体系方面的工作。

支持生产

• 支持生产部机械及电气组装工作。

高中以上学历，2年及以上生产现场与品质管理经验，机械、金属材料、电气或类似装配专业优先。

熟悉机械和电气图纸。

具有操作SAP系统的经验。

可以使用英语作为工作语言。

熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001等体系知识。

熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术方面的知识。

具有高压/低压电工资格证书优先。

掌握精益生产知识优先。

诚实、敬业、工作积极主动，有较强的责任心。

善于发现问题，解决问题。

具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
