Mission & Main Tasks:

Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co.,Ltd is 100% owned sub-company of Audi AG and the central interface among German headquarter, Chinese market and Joint Ventures. The department of powertrain development concentrates on Audi EA888 engine localization, powertain electronics localization and powertrain calibration. The main tasks of team powertrain calibration consist of platform project calibration, driving behavior, NEV, emission and OBD.

Powertrain calibration team collects the development strategy from joint ventures, make the China-specific development to meet the requirement of Chinese Market. With the technical support from Audi AG, she is responsible for main innovative and challenging calibration tasks.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for project coordination of powertrain calibration in time, in budget and in quality
• compliance with VW-PEP Process and milestones of calibration in project
• create documentation of current status of project and present it
• delivering the analysis of customer complains and corresponding solution by teamwork
• coordinate the vehicle admission with our admission department
• Support in organization of test-drive, engine test-bench

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, automatic control engineering or related technical field

Professional skills:

• At least 5 years professional experience in engine control system calibration
• Experience of project coordination
• Proficient usage of calibration related software, e.g. INCA, DiagRA etc.
• General knowledge of basic principles of Continental or Bosch engine control system, the knowledge of CAN/Flexray bus system is a plus
• Familiar with calibration process
