Job Description
Objective of Job
- Responsible for optimum management and supervision of the harness production in order to ensure optimum supply to the customer with respect to quality, quantity, and keeping of deadlines 负责管理与监督线束生产，确保保质、保量、及时地向客户供货
Principle Activities
- Daily administration for the production area. 在上级领导下对生产现场进行的日常工作管理。
- To supervise or assist concerned department to do the training for all workers in final assembly department. 监督或协助相关部门人员及上级领导对区域内所有员工进行培训.
- Responsible for cooperation and coordination at Production team, personnel to sassing work to workers based on their skills and characters and adjust the work scale for the workers. 负责生产班组,生产工人的整合,调配. 按照员工的特点和技能来分配工作,对员工的工作范围进行相应的调整等.
- Supervision of the harness production in order to ensure optimum supply to the customer with respect to quality, quantity, and keeping of deadlines 保证生产产品的质量, 完成生产任务.
- Responsible for the coordination with other departments 负责与相关部门的协调和沟通.
- To provide suggestion for the promotion and demotion of all workers in the department. 对本部门所有职位员工的升职,降职,解职等相关奖罚有建议权和授权下的执行权.
- Responsible for the coordination between the production groups 负责生产范围内各班组之间的协调.
- To assist to develop new products 协助开发新产品.
- Responsible fore the cleaning and order of the production area including products, spare parts, equipment and surroundings and have responsibility to supervise other teams. 对生产区内的清洁和秩序,包括:产品, 零配件,材料,设备和周边环境等范围负有责任, 并且对其他小组有监督权.
- The effective management of repair department of low value consumables, the use of evaluation and cost control 有效管控本部门低值易耗品使用及成本控制工作；
- To do other job assigned by production manager or above. 执行部门总监或上级领导下达的临时任务.
Job and Work Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or comparable. 机电工程或相关专业
- several years working experience at wire harness production. 多年线束生产工作经验
- Have leading and communication ability 具有领带及沟通能力
- With knowledge in computer operatating 懂电脑操作知识
Sufficient knowledge of the German and English language 懂得德语或英语知识
