• Manage production line of compass production
• Assure efficient production
• Taking ownership of customer products
• Ensure timely delivery and quality or production to customer
• Coordinate new product implementation and mass production ramp-up
• Develop best practices for production line
• Necessary skills and qualifications:
• Good written and oral English
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• B.Sc in engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with plastic parts assembly
• > 5 years work experience in supervisory/managerial position in manufacturing, preferably foreign invested company
• Experience with ERP system
• Others:
• Will report to GM
• Resigned, get it in place right away.
