Job duties:
•Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network devices and Servers.

•Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues;

• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures;

• Responsible for Infrastructure and application of monitoring system, and responsible for daily inspection and recording of Server Room;

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred;
• System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus;
• Fluent English communication – both in written and spoken English.
