Main Duties and Responsibilities

主要职责

> Prepare and review of Material control procedure and implement during quality control activities;

> Ensure the quality of all metallurgic materials, raw or semi-finished parts used in Manufacturing are conformity according to construction code;

> Review and file original material certificate of material used to manufacture pressure vessel;

> Mark material identification unique number corresponding to material certificates on each item pressure vessel;

> Update periodic status of raw material in warehouse;

> Assist design engineer and technology engineer to choose material replacement adopted to Code’s requirements and E&C Hangzhou standard;

> Solve the nonconformity problems corresponding to the raw material and welding material;

> Observe company safety rules during working;

〉编制和审核物料控制程序，并在质量控制活动中实施;

〉确保生产中使用的所有冶金材料、原材料或半成品的质量符合施工规范;

〉审核并归档压力容器用材料的原始材料证书;

〉在每个项目压力容器上标识与材料证书相对应的材料标识唯一编号;

〉定期更新仓库原材料状况;

〉协助设计工程师和技术工程师选择符合规范要求和E&C杭州标准的材料更换;

〉解决原材料和焊接材料相应的不合格问题;

〉工作期间遵守公司安全规定;

Qualifications

任职资格

>Bachelor degree or above, majored in related fields;

>Above 5years related working experience;

>Be familiar with domestic and international code concerning pressure vessel; The competency need be qualified by MF QC manager

>Good English and computer application skill.

本科及以上学历，相关专业;

5年以上相关工作经验;

熟悉国内和国际压力容器规范，具备中频QC经理的相关资质

良好的英语和计算机应用能力。
