  • Plan, design and implement compensation and benefits structures in line with clients’ business and human capital strategies.
  • Assist clients to develop compensation administration policies and guideline.
  • Advise and help clients to resolve complex compensation and pay enquiries.
  • Lead marketing and sale efforts independently

The Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in rewards / HR consulting such as rewards, executive compensation and benefits design and implementation.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong client relationship skill.
  • Able to work independently as well as contribute effectively as a team player. Attention to detail and commitment to task.
  • Well organized, able to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer/presentation skills.
