The Requirements:
- Plan, design and implement compensation and benefits structures in line with clients’ business and human capital strategies.
- Assist clients to develop compensation administration policies and guideline.
- Advise and help clients to resolve complex compensation and pay enquiries.
- Lead marketing and sale efforts independently
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in rewards / HR consulting such as rewards, executive compensation and benefits design and implementation.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong client relationship skill.
- Able to work independently as well as contribute effectively as a team player. Attention to detail and commitment to task.
- Well organized, able to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong computer/presentation skills.
