• Validate technical solutions from suppliers 验证供应商提供的技术方案

• Support PE/ applicants to validate and inspection the equipment before shipment from the suppliers.支持工艺工程师/申请人对设备进行出厂前验收

• Support technicians for installation and debugging on site. 支持设备现场安装和调试

• Support PE/ applicants to buy off equipment on site. 支持工艺工程师/申请人对设备进行最终验收

• 
  Existing equipment maintenance and improvement/现有设备维护改进:

• 
  Solve the equipment break down issue to ensure production capacity 设备生产过程中故障维修

• Build KPI to monitor/evaluate existing equipment status, create data collection flow accordingly 制定KPI对生产设备状况进行监督和评估, 并建立相应的数据收集流程

• Analysis equipment down time losses to find the root cause, coordinate related resource to solve it 分析/消除设备故障的根本原因

• Create equipment preventive maintenance plan and implement it 制定并执行设备预防维护计划

Organize TPM activities 组织TPM活动

任职基本要求：

1. Be able to do simple electronic circuit design and analysis for complicated eletronic diagram as well as the calculation of Power / Current /Resistance. 简单电路设计，复杂电路分析，会功率、电流、电阻计算等； 2. Be good at using CAN or Elan for creating electronic circuits. 熟练使用CAD或elan绘图软件绘制电路图； 3. Strong hands-on experience as a skillful electronic technician.熟练的电工技能，比如剥线接线、万用表、试电笔的使用，较强的动手能力 4. Rich experience of PLC programming via Brands of Mitsubishi / SIMENS / OMRON/ AB PLC.具有较丰富的三菱、欧姆龙、西门子、AB等PLC编程经验； 5. Skillful experience of programming by labview etc..熟练使用LabView等编程软件；
