Work Schedule:
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:20 AM to 4:20 PM (with exceptions for Chinese government mandated weekends)
Work Hours per Week: 40 hours
Student Age Range: 2-6 years old
Class Size: 18 students
Compensation:
• Basic Salary: 23-24k RMB per month (after tax)
• Meal Allowance: Provided
Benefits:
• Paid Holidays: Full pay for Summer and Winter holidays
• Spring Festival Holiday: 14 days
Housing: 4k RMB housing allowance (Apartment not provided)

Responsibilities:
• Engage young learners in a dynamic and nurturing English learning environment.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker or non-native with exceptional English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or experience preferred.
