Position: Homeroom Teacher for PN/K1 Class (Ages 1.5-2 Years Old)

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of students aged 1.5-2 years old.
• Managing classroom procedures and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Fostering a culture of respect and collaboration among students.
• Documenting and assessing student progress to enhance their cognitive and academic development.
• Engaging in school-wide teaching initiatives and activities.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents to support student growth.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Education, Early Childhood, or Psychology.
• At least two years of teaching experience with young children aged 2-3.5 years.
• Experience in teaching Phonics, IB, PBL, Drama, Music, or EYFS is preferred.
• A passion for working with children, with a demonstrated ability to be energetic, patient, and responsible.
• Eligibility for a work visa in China.
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive salary of 20,000-26,000 RMB before tax, including housing allowance.
• 8-hour workday, 5 days a week, with no more than 40 working hours per week.
