Responsibilities:

Conduct drama course teaching, organize rehearsals for student drama performances in various activities according to school needs;

Lead small-class teaching, utilizing information technology to organize classroom instruction and enrich the learning process through diverse activities.
Use various learning materials, facilities, and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.

Participate in teaching and research exchanges within the subject group, collaborate on lesson planning, and contribute new ideas and methods to teaching research.

Provide personalized instruction to students based on their individual needs, utilizing various teaching methods and techniques. Observe and evaluate each student's performance, accurately record their progress through assignments, homework, and tests, and focus on their growth.

Regularly communicate with students, other teachers, and parents regarding students' situations and needs, ensuring effective information sharing.

Participate in school branding and enrollment activities, assisting in relevant project promotion or enrollment work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Teaching Credential or license.

Proven experience in managing international teachers in international school.

Proven experience in leading small-class teaching and Strong knowledge of educational practices and the ability to utilize information technology in teaching.

Be Humble and openminded has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the IB curriculum and experience in IB teaching is preferred.

Drama related majors or those with experience or expertise in drama teaching are preferred.
