1、 收集市场资料，对产品发展趋势进行分析，为公司提供产品发展策略性建议；

2、 对销售团队进行专业知识和产品知识的培训，对客户和销售队伍进行技术支持；

3、 负责公司产品的市场信息收集、市场研究，定期给予公司产品分析报告；

4、 分析总结调研信息，确定调研结果，进行产品市场定位，产品宣传和策划；

5、 协助及寻找相关产品地区经销商，并进行相应招投标及辅助技术支持、产品讲座等工作；

6、 市场信息和竞争产品动态资料的收集及反馈；

7、 媒体的沟通及领导安排的其他事宜等。

职位要求：

1、 年龄：26-40岁，医学、遗传学专业及生物相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、 三年以上相关仪器及生殖中心实验室方案工作经验，有销售同类产品工作经验者；

3、熟悉医院销售渠道，熟悉代理商管理，具有项目管理能力，具有设备招投标能力；

4、 接受过正规市场营销、调研、广告策划等相关培训培训，具有丰富客户资源者；

5、 思路清晰，有良好的沟通技巧和商务谈判能力，具备一定的团队管理技能。
