As a leading recruitment company, TTJ is continuously to enhance its own recruitment ability and aimed to build a great in-house recruitment team to better serve client's need. The overseas recruitment specialist's core responsibility to deliver suitable candidates to TTJ's signed clients, detailed tasks include:

• 
  Manage front to end of recruiting process, conducting screening and contacting of candidates;
• Manage recruitment outreach via telephone/email/Skype…, to reach daily/weekly process target;
• Manage candidate information and communication record within TTJ’s managerial platform;
• Monitor progress and effectively use tools to summary and forecast recruitment performance;
• Develop strong personal relationships with existed candidate and continuously explore new sources of candidate leads.

Office Hour:

Monday-Friday: 9AM-6PM + Saturday 9AM-12AM;

Requirements

• A bachelor degree is necessary, English/communication/education major is a plus;
• Be able to use proficient oral/written English in daily operation;
• Strong inter-personal skills and cross-cultural communication skills;
• Always an excellent communicator and a good team player;
• Be able to work under pressure and meet the seasonal target;
• 1 year+ teaching experience/recruitment experience is a great plus;
• No nationality limits, candidate only need to fit Chinese visa law to get the offer.

Benefits

• Annual salary range from ￥68,000 -￥120,000+ before tax and any social insurance deduction (basic salary+recruitment bonus );
