Position Description:
Ownership of Lenovo Peru eCommerce sales and marketing activities. Key
responsibilities include planning the product, pricing, promotion and
distribution of eCommerce sales and its sub-routes.
Performance measurements will be directly tied to key P&L metrics for
eCommerce sales, including revenue, margin, AUR, profitability, user
experience and customer satisfaction results.
Responsibilities:
1\. Responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of
interactive advertising and e-commerce programs and packages to successfully
address Peruvian market.
2\. Will work directly with the demand generation teams to communicate
upcoming promotional/product/prices and track results; Involved in weekly
meetings with the extended teams (including product teams, pricing teams, GSC
teams, marketing teams, web production teams, etc.).
3\. Manages the marketing and implementation of programs and analyzes their
effectiveness: Creation, planning, and execution of quarterly promotional
calendar. Communication of all promotional activities to the extended teams
(Telesales, marketing, GSC, etc.).
4\. Will measure results and set sales tactics based on results. Action over
the portfolio and demand generation programs (affiliate, display, paid search)
to ensure optimization via the demand generation teams.
5\. Develop and maintain both new and existing programs that support a strong
marketing community across marketing disciplines, which include information
sharing, ongoing communications, recognition programs, community events, etc.
6\. Maintain metrics on the customer sites to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction
7\. Ensure that the organization, structure, and management systems are in
place to drive business/marketing strategies, business goals and operational
efficiencies, executing plans and programs demonstrating an understanding of
corporate policies and practices.
8\. Involved in market and consumer needs research, collect and summarize
market and competition data.
#### Position Requirements:
Requirements:
• BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, business or similar careers.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in eCommerce business.
• Knowledge (experience desired) about web strategies / working on e-business
sales.
• Brand management/Marketing is a must.
• Product Supply management desired.
• Good written and fluent spoken English.
• Computer product knowledge is important.
• Knowledge about Web analytics is a plus.

• Knowledge of demand generation programs (affiliate, display, paid search) to
ensure optimization via the demand generation teams
