Job Description

1. Supervise the team, including legal, AML, and compliance.
2. Reviewing and drafting external agreements/legal documents
3. Providing legal comments and compliance advice to branch, Head Office and other overseas branches regarding transactions, projects, or local laws issues.
4. Ensure business procedures to comply with global compliance and local regulation
5. Supporting AML , KYC.
 Participating regional and local meeting
 Being Taiwan competent authorities (FSC and CBC) and external lawyers for inquiring and discussing legal and compliance issues.
