JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Name : Buyer –Tower Internals

Professional level and group : Professional level

General description: Manage Tower internal and Commercial Commodities Sourcing relevant activities in China. Achieve the best contractual conditions and also ensure internal customer satisfaction. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of sourcing concepts and principles. Strong knowledge of sourcing concepts in order to help driving supplier’s performance.

Tasks :

• Communicate with the counterpart in European division on future delivery plan supplying from different suppliers in China.

• Implement the sourcing operation tasks once the strategic and tactic design is made.

• Organize the weekly delivery plan with the supplier and the forwarder. Track weekly delivery plan and actual handover, cope with the changes of order demand. Expedite and ensure delivery of the components to meet production requirement.

• Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take proactive steps to ensure the delivery on time and avoid the production-line-stop due to lack of component

• Manage supplier production on time, stay at suppliers’ base where necessary.

• Communicate with the forwarder to minimize premium freight cost coming from improper material planning and optimize the logistics operation matter.

• Receive shipping documents and book in SAP system.

• Support on Production and Delivery in International division where support needed.

• Other assigned works related to sourcing activities

Hierarchical: Sourcing Manager –Tower & Indirect

Qualification/Training :

• University Degree or above

Profile :

• Office: Word, Excel, Project

• SAP knowledge desired.

• Market and technology knowledge for relevant commodities is needed

• Sourcing experience on Metallic products manufacturing, commodity management, negotiation skills, supplier expediting, capacity planning and tracking.

• Proven negotiations, contract development and business law knowledge.

Languages/Level : Fluent English.

Experience : Minimum 2 years working experience in sourcing or supply chain of relevant commodities.

任务:

• 与欧洲部门的对应部门就中国不同供应商的未来交货计划进行沟通。
• 完成战略和策略设计后，实施采购操作任务。
• 与供应商和货代一起组织周交货计划。跟踪每周发货计划和实际交接，处理订单需求的变化。加快并确保零部件的交付以满足生产需求。
• 监督和报告供应商交货情况，并采取积极措施确保按时交货，避免因缺少零部件而导致生产线停止

及时跟踪管理供应商生产情况，必要时留在供应商基地。

• 与货代沟通，尽量减少因物料计划不当而产生的额外运费，优化物流运作事宜。
• 接收发货单据，并在SAP系统中进行预订。
• 在需要支持的情况下，为国际部的生产和交付提供支持。
• 其他与采购活动相关的工作

汇报对象:采购经理-Tower&Indirect

职业要求:

• 大学本科或以上学历
• Office: Word, Excel, Project
• SAP知识。
• 具备相关商品的市场和技术知识
• 金属产品制造、商品管理、谈判技巧、加速供应商生产、产能规划和跟踪方面的采购经验。
• 具备谈判、合同开发和商法知识。

语言/水平:英语流利。

工作经验:2年以上相关商品采购或供应链工作经验。
