Job Title: A-Level Biology and Chemistry Teacher
Responsibilities:
• Implement the A-Level international curriculum teaching plan as per the school’s schedule.
• Diligently assign and correct homework, prepare and submit mid-term and final study reports, and conduct unit tests, ensuring accurate record-keeping of scores.
• Actively engage in school activities, including research, training, seminars, and more, fulfilling teaching and research tasks.
• Cover all aspects of teaching, including lesson preparation, instruction, homework correction, self-study guidance, and personalized student counseling.
• Adhere to the professional ethics and conduct expected of educators, avoiding any actions unbecoming of the teaching profession.
• Participate in and contribute to the training and development of new teachers.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
• Native English speakers are highly preferred.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching A-Level Biology or Chemistry is a plus.
• Experience with the A-Level program, especially in an international school setting, is desirable.
• A cooperative spirit, openness to training, and willingness to undergo assessments.
Work Location and Compensation:
• Located in the Nankai District of Tianjin.
• Competitive salary negotiable based on qualifications:
• Native English Speakers: Up to 25,000 RMB
• Non-native English Teachers: Up to 15,000 rmb per month
