Based within our office in Shanghai, you will be part of the regional team overviewing the operations in the different subsidiaries, with a China focus in a first stage.
Main responsibilities include:
- Project Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the launch of e-commerce platforms in APAC: brand site + partners
- Be the key interlocutor of all e-commerce partners
- Shape and deliver the local strategy and tactical plan in order to exceed on-line revenue objectives for the China e-commerce estate.
- Lead on business development opportunities to expand the e-commerce network then project managing them to launch (channel negotiation, project planning, integration and execution).
- Coordinate between different departments for the proper execution of e-commerce business launch (marketing/merchandising/digital/logistics/IT/Finance)
- In charge of https://ba-sh.com/hk : implement growth strategy (SEO, SEA, CRM and content optimization), define the commercial strategy in line with the marketing plan to optimize the sales potential
- Business Management:
- Follow up daily performances and KPIs of the different platforms, directly operated, under W/S and consignment models
- Manage the overall online brand identity, image, and content delivery across the website and marketplaces ensuring seamless alignment with the marketing team and overarching global calendar.
- Develop with local marketing team to build and implement pre-launch, launch and post-launch communication plans to drive traffic and engagement.
- On-going site optimization to maximise conversion and sales (site content, UX/ UI, SEO, SEM).
- Acquire new e-commerce customers and build the CRM database; analyse customer behaviour and pattern to identify different action plans.
- Set up and implement action plans to improve the performances
- Be the owner of the commercial targets
- Monitor customer feedback and interaction with the brand; provide proposals and recommendations for improvements in order to provide brand experience.
- Realize synergies with offline retail for omni-channel excellence.
- Monitor the P&L and budget
- Strategy:
- Implement digital marketing strategy
- Participate in the elaboration of the APAC e-commerce strategy
- Handle ad hoc projects linked to e-commerce and digital
- Implement omnichannel strategy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing with specialization in digital/e-commerce
- 4 years’ experience in e-commerce management, project management or digital marketing
- Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
- At least 2 years in retail industry
- Previous experience in China
- Very strong analytical skills
- Polyvalent, flexible, open-minded and generalist mind-set
- Independent, well-organized and result oriented
- Fluent in English and Chinese, French is a plus
