工作职责:
1. Achievement of the annual budget operating plan under the senior manager’s area of responsibility
1) Implement the approved budget plan for the year and ensure that both APP and Revenue targets are achieved or surpassed.
2) Ensure that operational KPI’s, as contained in the business plan or contractual agreement are achieved or surpassed.
3) Ensure all operating expenses are controlled within approved levels
2. Develop and maintain the relationship with the principals
1) Conduct regular business reviews depending on the requirements of the principal and the complexity of the operations.
2) Conduct strategic planning sessions on an annual basis.
3) Attend to specific issues and concerns
3. People management
1) Ensure that the highest level of Health & Safety is maintained and to ensure that any deviations from these published standards are reported promptly to the Vice President.
2) Ensure that all managers and supervisors receive half yearly & annual reviews in relation to their work performance.
3) Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommend development plans, promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.
4) Create a team environment and where appropriate, run programs to share best practice among different function.
5) Ensure a clean, safe and hazard free work environment in all areas of the business.
4. Governments / Business Relationship Development
1) Establish, maintain and strengthen a close business relationship with all key government agencies and staff related to the business
2) Ensure that logistics is fully compliant with all regulatory laws and regulations governing business operations relating to DC operations, as applicable.
5. Business / Budget Planning
1) Prepare and recommend business and budget plans for approval by the Vice President.
2) Ensure that all CAPEX is pre-approved in line with published company policy, and that all investments of CAPEX into the business are measured post implementation to ensure that the investment is achieving the initial stated objectives.
任职资格:
1、Education level: Bachelor degree or higher
2、 Work experience :
1) Minimum of 5 years work experience in DC operation or supply chain in a managerial role
2) Prefer in apparel logistics business
3) Lead above 100 staffs and manage above 50000m2 warehouse
3、 Skills: good analytical thinking, basic financial knowledge, strong people management skill
4、 Language: good English, both written and oral
