Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To organize large-scale events to promote InnoTech among the public, e.g. roadshows, carnivals etc. 
• To liaise and coordinate with different working parties.
• To manage participant database and online registration system of activities e.g. workshops, tours, seminars etc.
• To provide customer service support via phones, emails, online chat-box etc.
• To assist in event promotion, on-site operation, post-event evaluation and project planning.
• To perform any other duties as required.  

Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

• Recognized High Diploma holder or above, with event management discipline or equivalent is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in MS office, with data management is an advantage
• Possess good communication and coordination skills, experience in problems-solving and event management are advantages
• 1 year working experience and immediate availability preferred
