MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Help in the analysis and collation of data to improve work processes, including the preparation and timely submissions of monthly reports.

2. Handle business correspondence which may include letters, memos, emails, fax messages, reports, etc.


3. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of doctors, nurses records, such as leave plans, training records, forms, licenses, circulars and minutes.


4. Maintain clinic supplies, equipment and weekly rations, replenish supplies & consumables, maintain stock inventory, report faulty equipment, track transfers of equipment.


5. Maintain a key management system for all keys used within the clinic.


6. Arrange and coordinate meetings, trainings and the necessary logistics.


7. Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.


8 Participate in initiating and implementing change to improve the quality of work processes in the clinic.


9. To be able to plan and execute assignments


10. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Nursing / Operation Managers.



JOB REQUIREMENTS


1. Minimum high school certificate


2. Familiar with computer, Microsoft Applications,Internet and other office equipment.


3. Good communication and interpersonal skills


4. Fluent in Mandarin & English
