Job Description

• Take the lead to develop wholesales business in South East Asia including online marketplace. 
• Manage and grow sales of existing and potential new accounts, while ensuring that stores in region are reflective of GUESS image.
• Profit: Maintain and review business forecasts to achieve sales divisions’ targets.
• Product: Participate in markets and manage all orders placement from accounts. Plan and present line to the customers that best presents trend and vision of the Company. Ensure that our brand is consistently represented and that we have the right product, in the right place, in the right time.
• Store opening / closure: Work with accounts on store opening planning according to agreement. Communicate externally with customers and internally with HQ
• Seek business development opportunities at all levels, analyze selling of all accounts, identify new and/or improved strategies for the GUESS Asia business.
• Provide customer services to both our internal and external customers.  Ensure all communications are provided in both a timely and efficient manner. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience of same capacity gained from Apparel Retail.
• Experience with international markets, preferably South East Asia countries
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Possess strong retail math skills
• Fluent in English
