• Responsible for preparing the ingredient, cooking
• Following the standard of hygiene and safety and maintaining the cleanliness at kitchen
• Provide function assistance to the kitchen operation
• Ensure the cleanliness of working areas and equipments
• Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable with ability to work under pressure
• Innovative, self-motivated and disciplined
• Service-oriented and must be a good team player
• Immediate available is preferable

Waiter & Waitress 侍應生 - Full Time / Part Time 

( Valid Hong Kong ID card )

Job Requirements: 

Reporting to the Captain & Supervisor, the incumbent is required to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and other outlet areas. He/she is expected to provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service. Enthusiastic graduates with a positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence are welcome to apply.

• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, courteous, willing to learn
• Immediate available is preferable
• Training will be given
