• 為客人準備及烹調食物
• 檢查每日和每週的菜單
• 更新及研發新的食譜
• 保持廚房的整潔及衛生環境
• 2年或以上相關的工作經驗
• 對準備食物有基本知識
• 需輪班工作
• 經驗較少者,可申請為初級西菜廚師

Job Description :

• Prepare and make dishes for customers & guests
• Monitor recipes and menus on a daily and weekly basis
• Review, renew and create new recipes
• Maintain kitchen with a high hygienic condition
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Basic knowledge in food preparation
• Shift duties
• Less experienced applicant will be considered as Junior Western Cook
