Job Description:
1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)
4. Student’s age: 40% above 12, 60% are adults
5. Students per class: Private class: 4 maximum, Salon class: 10 maximum, English Corner: about 10-15.
6. we have ready-to-use lesson plans for private classes and salon classes. and refered materials for social club
7. Class hour: 25 hours maximum per week, Working hour: 40 hours per week. two days break from Monday to Friday

Requirments:
1.Native English speaker with BA or above BA degree
2.TEFL or TESOL certificate if you have
3.Teaching Experience

We support:
1.salary : 8000RMB-10000RMB per month for basic salary
2.we support 6000RMB airfare allowance after the 1year contract
3.other welfare:Local insurance package provided

We won't provide accommadations , rental for an apartment in Wenfang is about 800-1000RMB per month
