Skills and Qualities required :

• Recent university students ( preferred with commercial temperament but not a must )
• Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
• IANG graduate also acceptable
• Excellent team spirit and ease in building professional relationships with the prospects

Key responsibilities included :

• You will be mentored by Manager Team
• You will be involved and trained on the entire business cycle handled in your area: from the development of the customer relationship to the commercial proposal, the negotiation and the follow-up of the service
• In charge of developing, expanding and managing clients’ portfolios
• Presentation of wealth management and protection solutions to prospects
• Ramp-up of your business development and client’s relationship management skills 

Income & Bonus:

• The target income is up to HK$300,000
• Special holiday arrangements: at least two times travel opportunities per year 
• Special bonus for MDRT members 
• Special promotion ladder for manager grade in two years.
