PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

1. Lead and motivate raw material and FG warehouse team in their daily tasks; make sure all standard operation procedure, safety policy & company targets through into the warehouse daily working;

领导和促进原材料、成品仓库团队的日常工作;确保所有的标准操作流程、安全政策和公司目标贯穿到仓库的日常工作。

2. Setup the efficient organization in the warehouse team, secure the right persons in the right job, setup clear and specific roles and responsibilities;

在仓库团队设置有效率的组织架构，安排正确的人在合适的岗位，设置清晰具体的角色和职责。

3. Make sure to receive and issue the material in time with good quality and correct quantity, must ensure the material traceability; Make sure that all interfaces between other departments (production, planning, procurement, quality) are clear, including clear definition of roles and responsibilities;

确保及时接受、发出合格的物料和正确数量的物料，必须确保材料的追溯性；确保与其他制造、计划、采购和质量部门的清晰衔接，包括角色和职责的清楚定义。

4. Conversations on a regular basis, KPI conversations 1-2 times annually and make follow-up action plan;

每年1-2次定期的沟通和KPI检查，并布置后续的行动计划。

5. Responsible for stock counting monthly, quarterly, yearly;

负责月度、季度和年度的库存盘点。

6. Cooperate with other team to improve inventory controlling, saving the overall cost.

协同其它部门改进库存管理，节约整体成本。

7. Monitor & manage the slow-moving inventory and blocked material for following controlling;

监督管理呆滞物料和冻结物料的处理。

8. Implement 5S and visual management in warehouse.

在仓库中实施5S和可视化管理。

9. Focus and support LEAN/KAIZEN activities to improve working and process flow;

通过以及支持精益、提案活动提高工作和流程。

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Related work experience相关工作经验

More than five years management experience in warehouse working or relevant in heavy machinery industries.

具有五年以上大型重机械制造行业仓库工作管理经验或相关经验。

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

College or above degree.

Skills技能
Must be professional in storage planning, application and management.

必须专业于储存规划、应用和管理。

Experience in 5S and visual management experience is a plus.

具有5S现场管理和可视化管理经验。

Strong leadership and logical thinking ability.

Familiar with SAP, excellent on Excel.
