• Overall activity of Warehouse
• Facilitate Audit and Audit queries
• Conduct periodic training on SOP, and operations related matters to warehouse staff
• Make Sure Team Member in FIE warehouse running well good distribution practice.
• Collaborate with suppliers, to ensure business process is followed and continuous improvement program is always implemented
• Responsible for delivery order processing for Distributor
• To continuously develop and maintain warehouse capacity, performance, and productivity in achieving supply performance efficiently at an optimum cost. Ensure that warehouse, equipment’s, facilities and system comply with GMP, SHE and other requirements
• Responsible returned Goods coming from Distributor, and handle the approval process for destruction
• Support Outbound operations
• Supply management: follow up batch release with supply site and arrange ETD/ETA, shipping documents
• Customs clearance: follow up shipments with local broker for import declaration, follow up customs VAT payment, to monitor temperature during transportation
• Inbound and outbound management: to manage the inbound and out bound in warehouse and make sure 3PL performance complied with AZ’s Standard, to monitor temperature in warehouse
• Inventory management: to manage stock in warehouse, make sure all movements of physical product recorded in system. do inventory reports
• Manage test stock after customs clearance: follow up batch release, take sample for test, monitor transactions of test stock, destruction.
• Other admin task as assigned by Line Manager to support local distribution team
