Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping operations, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Issuing shipping documents, such as couriers' doc, cross checking information and receive goods in the ERP system
• Lead the daily operations of warehouse to achieve goals of quality, productivity and service level
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the shipping and stock flow accuracy
• Manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse operations if needs of temporary worker additions
• Set-up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in operation efficiency
• Plan and forecast required packing materials, boxes, special wrap…
• Organize inventory control to support Company's daily business

Requirements :

• 5 years’ experience as a warehouse employee
• Experience in retail industries is in advantage
• Good communication skill in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in MS software, Words & Excel and Chinese Words Processing
• Required to have excellent problem solving skill, good team work, self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
