RESPONSIBILITY:

• Fully follow Company safety regulation 完全遵守公司安全管理条例
• Transferring the DP material from warehouse to staging area; Transferring of all quality approved materials to proper stocking locations from production area. 将需要分装原料从仓库转移到生产暂存区；将生产合格的产品从暂存去转移到到货架
• Print the shipping list，picking products from warehouse and packing, labelling as FIFO, ensure that all items are packaged in accordance with shipping regulations. 打印发货清单，按照发货清单和先进先出原则挑料，打包，贴标签后发货，确保所有要发货物遵照公司包装要求
• Ship all orders per scheduled due dates and appropriate shipping regulations. 根据订单和发货清单正确发货
• Contact with express company ensure goods shipping on time 和物流公司保持良好沟通，及时发货
• Goods Receiving from the USA, local supplier and express compony every week, and load them to warehouse or related area or person, and external warehouse management 每周对美国, 本地采购物品和快递来料收货，并按时上货架或分发到相关部门和个人，对外仓进行管理
• Cycle count warehouse goods, ensure identical JDE and actual 按公司要求做周期盘点，并保持库存和ERP系统内一致
• Organize and upkeep of shipping/receiving area and all material handling equipment. 维护好发货和仓库区域的物料的整洁和整理
• Support Customer Service on enquires, report, etc. 支持客户部门对客户相关要求提供适合的帮助
• Follow 6S checklists. 遵守6S的准则
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor 其他有由主管安排的工作
  

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School above 高中学历以上

EXPERIENCE/Skills:

• Good communication skill, team spirit; has basic English is plus. 具有良好的沟通技巧，富有团队精神，有英语基础优先
• Good skill in computer operation and familiar with MS office, Familiar warehouse ERP experience is plus 能熟练操作电脑，熟悉微软办公软件，有ERP软件经验者优先
• More than 1 year experience as warehouse operator; Has Forklift operation license is preferred 至少有一年以上工作经历, 有叉车操作证优先。
