As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring finished goods, raw materials and related Capex in a secure condition, and eliminating safety/mitigate security risks, in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Local Product Group Manager, you will support to maintenance the warehouse equipment well and other assignments from the line manager.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring finished goods, raw materials and related Capex in a secure condition, and eliminating safety/mitigate security risks
• Executing 5S activity and ensuring safety working environment.
• Managing the warehouse team well and smoothly drive the handling process in warehouse.
• Ensuring to follow current process, using related barcode system to handle daily’ GR&GI in SAP-MM modal and report special case.
• Working with PMs, logistics vendors to achieve customer satisfaction
• Balancing the workload between each section and monitoring the efficiency, improving the working process properly and continually
• Monitoring the warehouse space occupancy ratio and organize continuous improvement.
• Supporting to maintenance the warehouse equipment well and other assignments from the line manager

Your background

• 5 years of experience with proven leadership in warehouse management role
• Sound knowledge in SAP know-how in application sides
• Rich experiences in warehouse management system and related processes setting
• A Diploma Degree in engineering minimum or equivalent
• Proven communication skills between different units. Leadership, energizing teams and project management experience
• Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork
• Must be rigorous, process-orientated have good record that lead one big team before
