Responsibilities:

Job functions including but not limited to,

• Define the warehouse strategy and coordinate with local related operational teams to enhance the warehouse management efficiency and quality

• Lead CAR-T logistic end to end project, work with logistic vendor and local project team to ensure the logistic design and management for JW projects/products.

• Lead the warehouse and logistic GMP readiness for Shanghai and Suzhou site.

• Follow and implement all existing Chinese regulations and provisions for warehouse materials storage and logistic relevant to CAR-T manufacturing

• Manage warehouse team to ensure safety, compliance and efficiency. Achieve the assigned KPIs.

• Lead team to optimize process and responsible for SOPs, deviations and CAPAs.

• In charge of warehouse related master data maintenance and training as a key user in MES system. Capable of analyzing and trouble shooting in urgent case.

• Collect, analyze and report KPIs to enhance the cooperation with other departments to continuously optimize the process.

• Responsible for coaching team members when needed to make sure they're able to do assigned work correctly and efficiently.

• Take necessary actions to motivate team members.

• Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications:

• BS degree required. (Related warehouse & logistic major is preferred).

• Minimum of 5 year management experience of warehouse and 8 year experience in pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong GMP knowledge for warehouse and logistic management.

• Good command of English, both written and oral.

• Mastery of computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlooks and Project).

• Team work, high sense of responsibility, Self-disciplined and motivated.

• Have decision making and leadership skill.
