Job Duties:

• Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess memners’needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies)
• Accurate order taking with POS system
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F & B or Hotels operation
• WSET qulification is an advantage
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Knowledge of wine & spirits

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate with less experienced will consider as Waiter / Waitress
• Shift duty is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
