Responsibilities:
Project Management include but not limited to project planning, coordination and supervision
Responsible for Call Centre migration
Vendor management
Testing strategy planning
Manage implementation in Data Center
Troubleshooting for customer reported problem
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years working experience with Voice/Contact Centre background (Server background will also be considered)
Experience in Multimedia Contact Center solutions such as Genesys platforms and SIP voice gateway
Solid experience on Oracle SBC and Nuance is preferred
Willing to work under pressure and odd hours working
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded
Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
