Visual Quality (Color , Material , Finish, Visual Quality)

Support on mechanical and packaging components CMF and visual appearance development with R&D, Marketing, ID and other function, collect and feedback manufacturability to ensure CMF and visual appearance requirements are optimized for mass production.

CMF Master Samples management, including logo, color, texture and different visual effect with post-treatment.

Support on CMF technology project with material supplier (T3), T2 and GNA project team.

Align with Marketing, ID, Quality and R&D on CMF requirement or visual appearance criteria reflecting to Color, Glossy and texture Golden and limit samples, make sure GNA internally and suppliers fully align on CMF requirement or visual quality criteria. Limit samples represent reasonable yield, capacity and industry best practice.

Improvement and support on related CMF or visual quality problem solving.

Escalation point for CMF or visual quality deviation during NPI and MP in suppliers, such as T1 &T2.

The Primary success criteria's for the Visual Quality are:

• CMF limit samples are signed on schedule and aligned with internal project team and external suppliers.
• Signed reference and limit samples mark, registration and refresh.
• Cross-functional CMF or visual quality alignment are done and fully implemented.

Professional (incl. project experience):

• Engineering or mechanical engineering background.
• Minimum 8 years CMF engineering or visual quality experience in consumer product industry.
• Basic material knowledge of plastic, metal, fiber and package components.
• Strong process knowledge of printing, NCVM, PVD, anodizing, painting and molding.
• Statistical analysis, fact-based decision making and problem-solving skill.

Managerial experience:

• Project management skills to deliver on schedule.
• Supplier management skill, ISO9001.
• Strong communication skill with influence, able to work effectively in organization with many interfaces internally and externally.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
