Job Title: Visual Merchandising and Graphic Design Coordinator

Reporting Line: Asia Merchandising and Retail Coordination Manager

Job Location: Shanghai Office

Key Responsibilities:

VM

• VM reports coordination for all Asia stores

• Window installation and coordination for all Asia stores

• Store VM display on-site assistance initially for Mainland China stores

• Store seasonal display planning for Asia stores

• VM related issue management (including VM props order, inventory, etc.)

• Communication with Asia stores as well as Global VM in-charge

• Special event VM support

• Other ad hoc assignments

  
  

Graphic Design

• Layout design for online promotion (e.g. We-chat official account weekly updates)

• Layout design for shopping mall promotion

• Layout design for in-store event e-invitation

• Layout design for Regional Event

• Other ad hoc assignments

Skills & Experience

1. Fluent in English and Mandarin

2. IT knowledge and application; graphic design capability

3. Elegant (good looking, well cared figure, no distinguishing mark (tattoo,...), well-balanced body language)

4. 1-4 years VM experience of luxury Brands or Fashion brand

5. Excellent relation skills (empathy, communication, good speech skill, pragmatism)

6. Planning

7. High level of creativity

8. Positive attitude and good energy

9. Must be able to have flexibility under scrutiny and open to constructive feedback
