Responsibilities

• Advise and participate in decision making process of retail store layout principles for all categories and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure window guidelines, presentation and promotional guidelines are rolled out and compliance adhered to and activated on time.
• Make translation and conception for the production of local initiative guidelines
• Conduct training of the shop staff about visual merchandising standards
• Schedule and arrange store visit (min once per month)
• Assess and analyse best practice of local competitor VM with local team
• Collate monthly District feedback regarding competitor activity and feedback best practice
• Make recommendations regarding shop fit, promotions, ticketing, display & propping, process & communication

Qualification & Skill

• 3years' working experience in visual merchandising, retail background is preferred
• At least 1 year's regional related experience
• University degree and above
• Excellent numeric skill and ability to be familiar with Microsoft Office
• Fluent written and oral English skill
• Self-motivated and able to pick up and solve problems quickly, high mobility
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to communicate at all levels
• Good time management, negotiation, prioritization and organizational skill

• Ability to perform under pressure in fast and dynamic environment
