PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To enhance counter visual merchandising quality which covering the planning guideline and implementation in whole China.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement counter display, particular on soft merchandising.
• Co-ordinate contractor project on POS production and promotion site design/construction.
• POS material ordering and A&P control
• Co-ordinate with PM to implement POS execution for each marketing program
• Coach field force to maintain PCD standard merchandising quality on counter
• Backup counter installation follow-up, and other assigned projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Technical skills

• At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion/retail-related brand
• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
• Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
