Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
- Implement virtualization platform with technical document or guide
- Virtualization platform operation include Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management
- Support IT operation and Security audit
Skills and competencies
- Knowledge IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- 1+ years’ experience in IT operation
- Bachelor’s degree with good written and read skills in English
- VMWare VCP/or same level Certification is be preferred
