Vice Production Manager

With the following assignments:

• Manage production department including machining, polishing, injection, assembly and any other later assigned departments.
• Responsible for organizing and completing the production tasks assigned by PMC with market-competitive cycle time, cost, and company’s quality target.
• Motivate all assigned departments’ members, and help/ train supervisors, line leaders, etc. to manage their subordinates.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment in assigned departments established properly, well maintained, quickly repaired and running efficiently.
• Train workers to be absolutely familiar with processes, machines and equipment.
• Establish and ensure a qualified material flow, information flow and workflow system for own departments internally and externally with the other departments, especial production planning department, purchasing department, quality department and logistics department.
• Ensure each department is working according to the instructions; map out if instructions are unclearly, not completely or totally missing.
• Responsible for optimizing technology, equipment and processes in assigned department including introducing more efficient processes and equipment.
• Cooperate with CI manager to ensure the implementation of 6s and continuing improvement targets set up by the company.
• Responsible for discipline in each department and each department complying with the laws and policy related to safety, occupational health and working environment.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies as Engineer/ Master/ Bachelor
• A number of years of industrial experience in hardware industry (aluminum die casting prefer)/plastic injection and related processes, holding a comparable position in international companies already.
• A self-starter and independent person with respectable appearance and intercultural competencies.
• Target-oriented mindset with critical thinking ability and good problem solving skills, able to juggle priorities and make action plan and ensure the implementation working methodology.
• Experienced or adaptable to fast changing matrix environment, and comfortable with conflicts.
• Native Chines; speaking English is preferred.
