Zhuhai Huafa Yung Wing Kindergarten is a large school of 20+ foreign teachers and 500+ students. We are looking to hire a bilingual English/Mandarin speaker experienced working with international teams to lead our English teaching department.
Curriculum development and kindergarten teacher training experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Hiring teachers
-Teacher training
-Curriculum development
-Office/paperwork related duties
-Conducting weekly staff meetings
-Delegating to and supporting age group leaders
-Communicating with and supporting other branches
-Organizing and planning school-wide events
-Cooperating with Chinese administration for school-wide events, class changes, and staff announcements
- Work hours: 8:00am-11:30am, 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Benefits:
- Salary between 25,000-32,000

- Our kindergarten follows the HighScope method, which emphasizes active participatory learning. Active learning means students have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.
- Ages of students range from 2-6 years old. Class sizes range from 15-25 students depending on the age group.
- We follow a curriculum based on large and small group teaching to help maximize one on one time with each student.
