Job Description

Our client is a well-established Luxury Hospitality Group with a Global outlook and an existing portfolio in China, currently looking for a Vice President for their Building Services Engineering and Facility Management Capacity to lead and direct full spectrum of facility management including both soft services and technical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee full spectrum of Facilities management across both soft services (Administrative) and Technical engineering area
  • Be responsible for in assisting senior management in the strategic planning of all new projects/A&A work within the operating facility
  • Drives consistent luxury presentation and navigation enhancements across all facilities
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget, CAPEX, OPEX and 3-5 years forecast planning
  • Ensure compliance and applicable building and safety codes, hazard, fire system

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building Services, MEP, civil Engineering
  • Hands-on experience and background within the Engineering practice
  • Facilities Management, Soft services and Real Estate management exposure
  • Member of recognized Engineering Institute is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in managing and leading Luxury hotel facilities
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
