Job Description
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining the Cyber Defense Strategy including processes, capabilities, and technologies, collaborating with the Heads of Security Programs & Strategy and Security Platforms & Engineering to integrate it with the overall CSRM strategy
- Being responsible for the Vulnerability management team to understand any weaknesses in our IT systems that may be targeted by attackers
- Utilizing Cyber Intelligence to strengthen our defenses through automated ingestion of IOCs and threat intelligence technical information
- Focusing on driving integration and automation of our defenses and technologies/processes to streamline response and reduce time to detect and time to remediate
- Preventing data leakage for critical IP and secret/restricted data across the company (in partnership with the Data Security team)
- Driving Advanced Threat Protection and malware prevention processes and technologies ensuring protections keep pace with evolving threats
- Providing Cyber Intelligence reports and research, also including strategic intelligence informing leadership of emerging and evolving threats
- Leading the Critical Asset Protection Program collaborating with cross functional risk stakeholders in managing our Insider Threat along with reporting Cyber Threat Status and Situation to Executive Management
- Operational responsibility for our security infrastructure and controls ensuring stable and robust services built around proactive maintenance, availability, and strong partnership with our providers
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree (bachelor required, masters preferred) preferably in the area of Information Technology or related field combined with long-term professional experience in Cyber Security
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity including controls and protections implemented as well as adversarial tactics employed to defeat or circumvent those technologies
- Profound understanding of Intelligence processes and methodologies, and integrating Intelligence to understand our adversaries and tactics, and improve overall cyber defense
- Strong business acumen aiding to understand adversary intentions and targets that will inform our strategy
- Calm demeanor and operational experience in managing large incident response activities as well as ability to think creatively about adversary intentions and actions to aid in effective incident response
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives
- Strong leadership skills including building, developing, and managing a large global team
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
